The Weeknd Tops Billboard Artist 100 For 26th Total Week

The Weeknd has asserted his supremacy on the Billboard Artist 100 chart, topping the tally for the 26th total week.

The singer-songwriter was boosted by the continued success of his albums, Dawn FM and The Highlights, on the chart dated February 19.

Dawn FM, the Weeknd’s latest album, ranks at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with 35,000 equivalent album units, while The Highlights ranks at No. 8 with 34,000 units, as per MRC Data.

Five of the Weeknd’s songs have also landed on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Only two artists – Taylor Swift (50 weeks) and Drake (36) – have reigned for more weeks than The Weeknd on the Billboard Artist 100 chart.

Lil Baby and Mitski are two other notable presence on the top artist chart this week. While Lil Baby leaped several steps to reach No. 5, Mitski debuted at No. 8.

The Billboard Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay and streaming to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
