Rising pop star Olivia Rodrigo recently shared the first Christmas song she wrote at the age of 5.

“In honor of Christmas Eve may I present to you my very first Christmas song ‘the bels’ written by 5 year old me lol. Happy holidays!!!!” Rodrigo wrote on Instagram.

The teenage music sensation shared an audio clip of the song, in which the little Olivia sings, “Ho ho ho ho ho, wait for the bells / Wait for the bells on Santa’s sleigh to ring” and “Red and green as a Christmas queen / Make the holiday special to me.”

She also posted two childhood photos in a Christmas dress, one holding a mic and the other wearing a Santa Claus hat in front of a Christmas tree.

2021 was a very successful year for Olivia, who received seven Grammy nominations and saw her hit song “Drivers License” and her debut album Sour top the charts.
