Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker recently left his Instagram followers spellbound with a new rocked-up version of Adele‘s single “Easy On Me.”

The video, which was captioned with nothing but a grimacing face emoji, shows Barker in a Napalm Death shirt and black beanie drumming along to the track, giving a rock makeover to the piano-led ballad.

Referring to one of the white drumsticks that seem to break towards the end of the clipping, the rock star’s “My Ex’s Best Friend” collaborator Blackbear commented, “Was that a stick break at the end[?]”

With Barker set to feature on Machine Gun Kelly‘s next two albums, later this year, 2022 is likely to be a busy year for the drummer.
