Born in a suburb of Chicago, I moved, with my parents, to our beautiful state in 1970, and with the exception of a few years in Wyoming and Oklahoma, have called Colorado home ever since. I have three grown kids, Jamie, Taylor and Billy, and in 2006, married my wonderful husband, Tim. I gained two more amazing step kids, Jason and Emily. Our cat Aurora (named after the Aurora Borealis ~ not the city or the Princess) completes the family.
For more than 20 years I was part owner in a family run bowling center. In 2004, a new career was calling. After broadcasting school I was lucky enough to land as a traffic reporter and news anchor right here in Denver. I really feel fortunate to be able to have fun every morning and afternoon working with great people, laughing, and hopefully help you avoid a traffic jam headache along the way.
