Radio station KIMNI-FM accepts new music submissions via CD at:

MP3s and Audio tape generally are not accepted.
MUSIC ADD POLICY
  Radio station KIMN-FM adds new music to the play list via: listener requests (email and phone), local audience music research, regional/national building stories and by the judgment of the station's Program Director, Geronimo.
