This week's Teacher of the Week: 

MIX 100 & Applebee's congratulate Ms. Anne Williams of Grandview High School in Aurora, Colorado. Ms. Williams is this weeks' MIX 100 Applebee's Teacher of The Week, nominated by Madison & Yvonne Gardei.

Madison and Yvonne tell us:

"Ms. Williams is a great teacher and she continually motivates all her students by her enthusiasm and "bubbly" personality. She really makes her math classes fun and enjoyable, and her students love going to math, since she incorporates everyday life skills into the classroom. Ms. Williams treats each of her students as if they were her own children, and really listens to their needs, academically as well as individuals. This teacher deserves a huge "thank you" from her students, as well as the parents. Ms. Williams has created a positive and life-changing effect on her students' lives. Her daily morning run at 4:00 am has inspired many students to live healthy lives and to exercise their bodies as well as their brains by doing math problems. Ms. Williams makes math easy to learn, and also give advice for our future, such as "Don't be late to work" when we are late to class. Her words of wisdom will always be with us through the years. Ms. Williams is a very cool teacher!"
